Keyboard shortcuts help you move through Darkroom faster, especially when culling, batch-editing, and exporting many assets. They are available on Mac and on iPad when using a hardware keyboard, and for many users a keyboard-first workflow dramatically cuts the repetitive UI navigation out of a session.

You don't need to memorize the whole list at once — learn them in layers, starting with the keys you reach for most. If one slips your mind, hold the **Command** key on iPad to surface the shortcut overlay, or check the menu bar labels on Mac. The biggest speed gains come during review and culling sessions: keep one hand on the arrow keys to navigate and the other on the rating and review keys, and you can fly through a large set without touching the screen.
